• Designing your home is one of the most significant investments you'll make not just financially, but emotionally. It's where your family will create memories, celebrate milestones, and spend everyday moments that matter.

  • We understand that choosing an interior design partner is a decision built on trust. That's why we believe complete transparency is just as important as exceptional design.

  • These Terms & Conditions have been created to provide clarity about how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we require from you to ensure every project progresses smoothly. They are not intended to complicate the process, but to eliminate uncertainty and create a professional, transparent, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

General Terms & Conditions

Building Every Project on Trust

Our Commitment

Every project we undertake is guided by four principles:

  1. Transparency

We believe clients should always understand what they are paying for, what is included, and how every stage of the project will be executed.

  2. Quality

We strive to deliver interiors that are not only visually appealing but also practical, durable, and built for everyday living.

  3. Communication

We keep you informed throughout the project, ensuring that important decisions are discussed before implementation.

  4. Professionalism

Every project is managed with structured planning, documented approvals, quality checks, and responsible execution.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accepting our quotation, signing an agreement, making an advance payment, approving a design, or authorizing us to commence work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope of Our Services

Every project is different because every client has different needs.

The services we provide are limited to those specifically mentioned in your approved quotation, proposal, or agreement.

Depending on your project, our services may include:

  • Interior Design

  • Space Planning

  • Layout Planning

  • Furniture Design

  • Modular Kitchen Design

  • Wardrobe Design

  • False Ceiling Design

  • Lighting Design

  • Electrical Planning

  • Plumbing Coordination

  • Material Selection

  • Procurement

  • Manufacturing Coordination

  • Installation

  • Site Supervision

  • Turnkey Project Execution

If a particular service, product, or activity is not specifically included in the approved scope, it will be considered outside the project and may require a separate quotation.

This approach helps ensure complete transparency and prevents misunderstandings during execution.

Understanding Your Quotation

A quotation is more than a price—it is a detailed outline of the work that will be carried out.

Every quotation is prepared after considering:

  • Your requirements

  • Site conditions

  • Project size

  • Material preferences

  • Design complexity

  • Selected finishes

  • Hardware specifications

  • Current market prices

We encourage every client to review the quotation carefully before approving it.

If there is anything that appears unclear, we recommend discussing it with us before work begins.

We believe questions should be answered before execution—not after.

Pricing Philosophy

Our pricing is based on delivering long-term value rather than short-term attraction.

Instead of preparing unrealistically low quotations that later increase through hidden additions, we aim to provide estimates that genuinely reflect the work required for your project.

The final project value depends upon several factors, including:

  • Selected materials

  • Hardware brands

  • Furniture specifications

  • Project size

  • Site conditions

  • Design complexity

  • Customization requirements

Whenever changes affect the overall cost, they will be communicated and approved before implementation.

Transparency is not an additional service.

It is part of how we work.

Design Approval

Every successful project begins with clear decisions.

Before manufacturing or execution starts, you will be provided with the necessary drawings, layouts, designs, material selections, finishes, colours, and specifications for review.

We request clients to thoroughly review these documents before providing approval.

Once approved, these become the reference for execution.

Changes requested after approval may require:

  • Revised drawings

  • Additional manufacturing

  • Material replacement

  • Updated timelines

  • Revised project costs

Whenever possible, we will accommodate requested changes while explaining their impact on cost and schedule.

Variations During the Project

Interior projects naturally evolve as ideas develop.

If you decide to add new elements, upgrade materials, change layouts, or modify previously approved designs, these requests will be treated as project variations.

To maintain complete transparency, every variation will be documented before work proceeds.

Where applicable, this may include:

  • Revised quotations

  • Updated drawings

  • Additional execution time

  • Material procurement adjustments

No additional work will be undertaken without your approval.

Material Selection

The beauty and longevity of an interior depend greatly on the materials chosen.

During the design process, we guide clients through various material options based on durability, maintenance, appearance, functionality, and budget.

Certain materials, especially natural products such as wood, veneer, marble, granite, and stone, naturally vary in colour, grain, texture, and pattern.

These variations are not defects but characteristics that make each installation unique.

In rare situations where selected products become unavailable due to manufacturing or supply limitations, we will recommend suitable alternatives of comparable quality for your consideration.

Site Conditions

Every property has unique construction characteristics that only become fully apparent during execution.

While we carefully inspect the site before beginning work, concealed conditions may occasionally be discovered, including:

  • Uneven walls

  • Structural irregularities

  • Existing plumbing issues

  • Electrical defects

  • Moisture

  • Water seepage

  • Hidden beam locations

If such conditions affect the execution process, we will explain the situation, discuss possible solutions, and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work.

Communication Throughout the Project

Open communication is essential for a successful project.

To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend that all important approvals, design changes, and project decisions be confirmed in writing through email, WhatsApp, or other mutually accepted communication channels.

This ensures that every instruction is documented and implemented accurately.

Respecting Your Home

We recognise that, even during construction, your property is your home.

Our team is committed to maintaining a professional work environment by:

  • Treating your property with care

  • Maintaining a safe workplace

  • Protecting completed work wherever possible

  • Coordinating execution responsibly

  • Keeping the site reasonably organised throughout the project

While construction activities naturally generate dust, noise, and movement of materials, we strive to minimise disruption wherever practical.

Photography & Portfolio

Every completed project represents the dedication, creativity, and craftsmanship of our team.

Unless requested otherwise in writing before project completion, we may photograph completed interiors for inclusion in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

We respect your privacy and will never intentionally disclose personal information through project photographs.

Intellectual Property

All concepts, layouts, drawings, renderings, mood boards, design presentations, BOQs, and visualisations prepared by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These documents are created specifically for your project and may not be reproduced, shared, or executed by another party without prior written permission.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We value the trust you place in us.

Any personal information shared during consultations or project execution—including contact information, floor plans, design preferences, and project details—is treated confidentially and used solely for project-related communication and execution.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where necessary to complete your project or where required by law.

Force Majeure

Occasionally, events beyond anyone's control may affect project timelines.

These may include natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, labour shortages, government restrictions, pandemics, or unexpected supply chain interruptions.

If such circumstances arise, we will keep you informed and revise timelines accordingly while making every reasonable effort to minimise delays.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Should any disagreement arise, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution through open communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be addressed in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction specified in the formal project agreement.

A Relationship Built on Trust

Our objective extends beyond designing beautiful interiors.

We aim to create an experience that is transparent, collaborative, and enjoyable from the initial consultation through to the final handover.

Every policy outlined on this page exists for one reason—to establish clear expectations, protect both parties, and ensure that your interior design journey is as smooth as the space we create for you.

Thank you for placing your trust in us. We look forward to designing a space you'll be proud to call your own.
